The location is vibrant, close to historical sites, with a lively atmosphere that's perfect for those who enjoy exploring. The rooftop terrace provides a cozy spot to unwind, with nice views to admire after a long day.
The hotel suffers from notable deficiencies. Many rooms are showing their age with stained furniture and lingering odors, particularly in the bathrooms where mold is present. Wi-Fi is spotty at best, and the breakfast offerings are underwhelming, lacking variety and freshness. Small room sizes and noisy plumbing complicate the overall experience. Accessibility is tricky due to the narrow streets. Even taxis have difficulty maneuvering in. It feels more like a budget motel than an upgraded hotel, disappointing given the expectations set by photos.

Everything was excellent, including hospitable and caring staff. The location was good and amazing in a near square, you may take train on Sultanahmet Tram train station within 15 minutes walk from here. I greatly enjoyed this hotel and didn't feel like leaving, can't recommend highly enough to all.

Our nicely furnished room had satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. Very comfy bed, we slept like babies. The staff members were very helpful and hospitable and suggested local places.

The location was magnificent for exploring Istanbul. I needed 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. The food was good and there were good choice of dishes in the menu.
The hotel staff was extremely rude.

The location was convenient, allowing easy visits to Agia Sofia and Top Kapi Palace. Super nice team and assisted us with activity bookings. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was decent. Make sure to ask for local recommendations!
A bit of noise from the surrounding area made it hard to sleep sometimes. It might be a good idea to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

Rooms are well-maintained with a kettle and mini fridge. Staff goes above and beyond with excellent service. The breakfast selection is decent and the location allows for easy access to major attractions (shopping was easy!).
